JAPANESEHIBACHI Sushi 2007 - For the Sushi chef creativity is in slicing the raw fish and either rolling or pressing the fish over a pad of seasoned steamed rice. Artistry is also required in slicing food at the Hibachi table. Some of the creative dishes at Hibachi Sushi 2007 include a Nigiri-Sushi menu of either salmon, tuna, red snapper, octopus, squid, smelt roe, or sea eel. Under the Sushi Roll selections are the California, tuna, avocado, vegetable, Jalapeno, calamari or caterpillar roll. Also several offerings in the Chef Specialty rolls includes Kyushu, Shogun, Long Life Ever and the Super Dragon Roll. Some of the Sashimi dish choices are tuna, yellow tail, octopus and mackerel. CAFE ASPEN - A list of local people chooses this restaurant for their regular place to dine out. A charming, helpful wait staff is there to take your order from a menu of appetizers, soups & salads, entrees and desserts. The Chef’s preparation of food has garnered a Zagat Top 10 rating for Cafe Aspen’s food. out onto the 2 acre reflecting pond.
Here diners can experience great food as well as great art. The menu
includes apple wine-braised beef brisket with blini-like smoked potato

The first Reata Restaurant started when a west Texas rancher, Al Micallef, got hungry for some good ranch cooking and partnered with Mike Evans to open the first Reata Restaurant in Alpine, Texas. The one in Sundance Square also has this western food menu that includes the Starters Tortilla Soup and Tumbleweed Onion Rings with Spicy Serrano Ketchup. Ensaladas include Chicken Caesar with Asiago Cheese and Sourdough Croutons or Mixed Field Greens with Salmon tossed in Sun dried Vinaigrette. ITALIANMancuso's Italian Ristorante – Housed in what was originally the first Primitive Baptist Church of White Settlement, is now identified by patrons as the home of "heavenly Italian food." Owner & Chef, Cathy Mancuso, continues her father's long tradition of providing authentic New York styled Italian dishes served in a comfortable family setting. Several national and local celebrities including singer, Tony Bennett, cast members of the Soprano's TV show, and all the Miss Texas contest winners have eaten with Cathy and her staff. Autographed photographs and portraits of other notables help decorate the walls. MEXICANJoe T. Garcia’s - One of Fort Worth’s favorite Mexican food restaurants is Joe T. Garcia’s where guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
